Mr Gormley’s P7’s, Miss Treanor’s P6’s and Marys Rang 5-7’s held a fundraiser before Christmas as part of their World Around Us topic. They chose the ‘Friendly Care Group’ as their charity and had Albert Breen in visiting to give a talk about the work they do as a charity for local families.
The pupils sang carols in ASDA and a Springlawn Nursing home in Omagh in December and held a cake and bun sale before the Christmas holidays for staff, pupils and parents raising a fantastic £865 for the Friendly Care Group.
