Meet the Governors

ELECTION OF PARENT GOVERNOR 2021 - 2023

 

Dear parents,

Due to the Covid restrictions, the election of Parent Governor for the Board of St Colmcille's Primary School for 2021– 2023 will take place online from:

Monday 27th - Wednesday 29th September 2021; closing at 7.00pm.  

 

An individual link will be sent to each parent via a text message. Each parent will have only one vote

Alternatively, parents who can't access the online vote can complete a paper ballet in the school on Wednesday 29th September between 3.00pm - 7.00pm.

 

Parents of children attending the school are entitled to vote for one of the following candidates:

  • Mrs Cathy Keyes  or
  • Mrs Brenda O'Gara. 

 

We would like to thank both candidates for agreeing to put their names forward for election.

Meetings of the Board of Governors

The Board of governors is expected to hold three full Board Meetings each year, in reality the board meets more frequently. In addition to full Board meetings there are sub-committee meetings for Appointments, Finance, Development, Admissions and other school-based issues.
