It enables children from the three schools to engage in shared educational activities. Already a number of very successful activities have taken place:

  • Children and staff completed questionnaires which explored their views on sharing with schools from different sectors.

  • Children in different classes have attended shared activities in An Creagan, STEM Centre, Dungannon; Ulster American Folk Park, Speedwell's Project in Parkanaur, Todd's Leap, GAA Centre, and Kelly's Inn in Garvaghey and in each of the three schools.

  • Teaching and support staff participate in at least three Staff Development training days each year.

  • Curriculum coordinators for Literacy, Numeracy, UICT, world Around Us and the foundation Stage from the schools meet each term to discuss provision for the children.
