• St Colmcille's PS is awarded the Green Flag as an Eco School

  Congratulations to the school's Eco Council, they won the Eco-schools' Green Flag today for exemplary commitment to the environment. Nigel the adjudicator, stated that the school was outstanding. Thanks also to Miss Owens, Miss McRory & Mrs Rogers for their support to the children.

  

• St Colmcille's Girls win the Cumann na mBunscoil final

  Congratulations to our girls' football which won the Cumann na mBunscoil Allianz Cup final in Garvaghey. In a very close game, they beat our fellow parishioners; St Teresa's PS by two points. Mr Pat McGivern presents the cup to Aine McGarrity.

   

  The boys narrowly missed out on glory. Reaching the final, they were beaten by one point by a strong and talented side from St Teresa's PS, after extra time. congratulations to St Teresa's, both cups were won by the parish schools. We'd like to thank Miss McRory, Miss Owens, Mr O'Neill and Mr Donnelly for all their support throughout the year.
