Cumann na mBunscol Sporting Successes

 

Indoor Hurling & Camogie: Our Camogie team Eimear Hurson, Saorla Loughran, Éilis Loughran, Clodagh McKenna, Katie Marley, Róise McCallan, Aoibhe Kerr and Tatiana Tracey were beaten in the Tyrone semi-final; likewise, our boys’ team;  Sean Donnelly, Oisin Conlon, Conall Bennett, Fionnan Magill, Connla Coney, Ruairi Daly, Vincent Gormley and Joseph Hughes played heroically throughout the event and came third in the Tyrone hurling finals.

 

Handball: Our boys’ & girls’ teams recently competed in the Tyrone finals. The girls; Eimear Hurson took the U13 championship medal while Tatiana Tracey and Aoibh Kerr were crowned Tyrone U11 Doubles’ champions. Ruairi McElduff and Niall Morris picked up runners’ up medals in the U11 competition. Ava Mullin, Sean Donnelly and Phelim McCrory also played with pride and energy but on this occasion didn’t bring back any medals.
